Applying for a variance

1. Prior to submitting an application via the Milton CityView Web Portal, all applicants are required to meet with a planner who will review the applicant’s proposal and site plan. Contact 678-242-2524 for more information.
2. Review and fill out the City's Variance Application, which can be found HERE.
3. Submit the PDF of the application form via the Milton CityView Web Portal. 
4. Be prepared, as best you can, when contacted by a City staff member to learn about next steps. You can also follow-up by calling 678-242-2524 (the phone for Senior Planner Michael Cardamon) or contacting one of the City staff members listed below.
