Land Disturbance Permits
- Complete the permit application via Milton CityView Web Portal
- Your proposed development may require Design Review Board approval.
- Note: If your proposed development is 5,000 sq. ft. or more or includes land disturbance, you are required to have a Permit.
Important Information
- Fire Flow tests must be performed by Fulton County Department of Public Works.
- You must provide proof of submittal to all planned utility companies.
- You must call the Utilities Protection Center not less than 3 working days before digging or blasting.

If your lot has a septic tank or a well, please contact the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department via their website for permitting information.
If you fail to provide all required documentation, issuance of your permit could be delayed.
