Building a pool is a process – and, before you can cool off, it’s important to do it right.

In the summer of 2020, City staff held a Pool Permit Workshop in-person and virtually via Zoom. This event gave homeowners and contractors an overview of the pool permitting process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If your lot has septic or a well, approval from the Fulton County Environmental Health Department will be required in the permit application.

You will also need Fulton County Water/Sewer Department approval (or evidence of existing backflow preventor).
