By initiating and strengthening partnerships with our residents, community groups, businesses, faith-based organizations, schools and other organizations, the City's Outreach engages stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong sense of community, belonging and pride in Milton.

Community Outreach plans and executes City-sponsored events ranging from smaller community gatherings, to large festivals, holiday events, celebrations, and community programs, such as the Citizens Government Academy and oversees the Summer Internship Program.

Many of Milton's special events are delivered in partnership with area businesses, local non-profit organizations and community groups. These events are made possible through revenue collected as part of the local Hotel-Motel Tax and, in-part, by the generosity of sponsors. These special events unite and create a sense of community and belonging in Milton. 

Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year.
