If you spot a problem that City staff can help with, we want to know!
SeeClickFix is a program that makes reporting an issue easy, helps the City be more efficient in addressing it, and offers transparency about the entire process including the ability to see other requests. It can be accessed one of two ways:
- VIA A WEB BROWSER: On your computer or other online device, go to https://seeclickfix.com/miltonga or CLICK HERE. By the City of Milton logo, click “New Request” to share details on an issue or “View Requests” to see what others have submitted.
- VIA THE ONLINE APP: Download the “SeeClickFix” app from wherever you get such applications. Then search for Milton, Georgia, as an option. Once on the Milton app homepage, click “New Request” at the bottom of the screen.
During normal business hours, too, you can always reach out to the City by emailing info@miltonga.gov or calling 678-242-2500. And if it's an emergency, of course, call 911. However that you contact us -- and again, we strongly encourage people to use SeeClickFix -- please give specific details (like addresses) to help us best direct and address whatever problem.
SeeClickFix specifically can be used to report a wide variety of location-specific issues such as:
- Potholes
- Fallen tree limbs across a trail
- A dead animal in the road
- A damaged or twisted street sign
- Code Enforcement violations
- Speeding
City staff will work hard to be responsive, efficient and effective. Still, there are some issues in city limits that fall outside our domain. For instance, the City of Milton does not provide electricity services. There are three utility services that do service Milton residents -- Sawnee EMC, Georgia Power, or Cobb EMC -- so if you notice an outage, contact the relevant utility provider directly.
