The City of Milton will be celebrating Arbor Day at Bell Memorial Park on Friday, February 21st at 10:30 a.m.
At this special ceremony, Phase II of the Mark Law Arboretum will be unveiled, showcasing several different species of trees planted along the path at the park.
A beautiful white oak tree, donated by the Georgia Tree Council, will be planted. Dogwood seedlings will be given to attendees while supplies last.
Milton has been recognized as a Tree City for the past 10 years, making 2020 the 11th year to receive recognition for its excellence in urban forestry management.
