The holiday season is just around the corner, and the City of Milton wants to support our small businesses – with their help.
We’re asking such businesses: Are you planning any offers, promotions, or unique products for the holiday season? Or even just something special in your business -- whether it's a product, a meal, or something else -- that you want customers to know about?
The City plans to create a multimedia campaign to support our local businesses during this busy time of year. This campaign should include posts across social media channels like our City’s Facebook page, which has more than 17,000 followers. The campaign will also be featured on the City's website. It’s our way to shine a spotlight on amazing businesses that make Milton unique!
Those involves in small businesses who want the City’s support can visit to www.miltonga.gov/ShareYourBusinessSpecials (which directs HERE), fill out the form, and press submit. Please include logos and/or pictures of what you're offering so we can make our messaging more dynamic and robust.
The submissions deadline is noon on November 22. That will give us time to prep the campaign before its kick-off on November 30, also known as Small Business Saturday. We plan to share posts regularly -- likely organized by category -- throughout the season. And on our dedicated "Small Business Specials" webpage, people should be able to see all offerings that are part of this campaign.
