Fulton County, in partnership with the City of Milton, invites all people interested in becoming poll workers this coming election cycle to a Poll Worker Recruitment Fair later this month by City Hall.
This “fair” will run from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, January 29, inside Community Place -- the small building next to City Hall at 2006 Heritage Walk). It’s open to anyone qualified to work the polls in the 2024 federal, state and county elections, including primary day on May 21 and Election Day on November 5.
Unlike the 2023 municipal elections, Fulton County government will run these coming elections in Milton (in accordance with State law). To do so, the County will need trained, engaged personnel to work the polls. The Jan. 29 Recruitment Fair is one of several around the county aimed at soliciting interest, gauging questions, and ultimately bringing aboard quality poll workers.
If you have questions about being a poll worker and can’t attend this event, you can 1) call 404-612-7020, 2) email veo@fultoncountyga.gov, or 3) visit www.fultoncountyga.gov/pollworker.
