NOTE: This Special Called Meeting initially had been planned to include a vote on certifying the 2023 municipal election results. However, due to Veterans Day being an official holiday and falling within this window, that now cannot happen before November 14. As a result, the vote on certification is now scheduled to take place at a November 20 City Council meeting.
