Hanukkah Menorah Lighting

  • Date: 12/21/2022 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, the City’s Broadwell Pavilion once again will be home to a special MENORAH LIGHTING – an event spearheaded by members of our Jewish community, though all are welcome.

The Chabad of North Fulton’s grand menorah (an oversized ceremonial version of a multi-branched candelabra) moves around the area each night of Hanukkah, also known as the Jewish “Festival of Lights” and commemorating the rededication of the Holy Temple of Jerusalem. The Milton lighting comes in this middle of the eight days of Hanukkah, which this year runs from the evening of December 18 to the night of December 26.

In addition to the “lighting,” people can come to Crabapple for seasonal snacks, music and camaraderie.
